Policy Futures is one of Queensland Government’s leading graduate programs and provides recent graduates an opportunity to make a positive difference to Queensland communities while building a rewarding career in the public sector.

We are passionate about making Queensland better and work together to deliver services to improve the lives of Queenslanders by developing and implementing innovative and effective government policy.

As a Policy Futures graduate, you’ll undertake rotations across Queensland Government, exposing you to diverse and complex policy environments where you can explore your interests and learn from experts in the field.
