Overview

The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) and the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI) have come together to create an award-winning Interagency Graduate Program.

Our graduate program provides candidates with a multidisciplinary experience in policy, industry regulation, consumer protection, labour relations, energy, tourism, international trade, defence, science and innovation.

Our Interagency Graduates participate in a structured 18-month program, with a customised rotation plan through diverse business areas before undertaking a permanent position. The program provides candidates with a comprehensive support network, such as mentors, buddies and alumni via the extensive learning and development opportunities.
